Casserole as a dessert is usually prepared from cottage cheese: cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, cream, raisins. This is an excellent option if the shelf life of dairy products comes to an end. The dish is perfect for breakfast, the cooking does not take a lot of time. Your family will surely appreciate it, especially if you serve a casserole with condensed milk or chocolate cream.

As a snack you can make a casserole with vegetables: zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli and leek. This recipe will be appreciated by those who monitor their diet. This casserole can easily fit in a lunch box for a healthy snack.

Well, today we will focus on the latter option, casserole for dinner. This recipe is very similar to lasagna, but without Béchamel sauce. And, even without a memorable name, this dish may well be present at the festive table. Potato casserole with minced meat is prepared from the meat which you have at home, or the one you prefer, and instead of cream, you can safely use milk.

Ingredients:

4-5 potatoes

10.6 – 14.12 oz ground meat

1 onion

seasoning for meat

10.6 oz hard cheese

10.5 oz milk

2 eggs

Directions:

Start with frying ground meat with finely chopped onions, salt and spices. It can be black pepper, paprika, basil, thyme.

Then beat the eggs with milk and grate the cheese. Grate the potatoes and immediately begin to lay out all the ingredients in casserole form.

First pour a little milk, whipped with eggs, then spread, alternating layers of potatoes, minced meat, cheese. In the end pour all the milk with eggs and cover with remaining cheese.

Put in the oven preheated to 350 F (180 c) for 40 minutes. Or cook until you see a delicious golden crust on top.
