Ingredients for preparing Red Lobio:
Red Lobio is a Georgian dish made from red beans spices and a large quantity of onion.
- 200 g red beans.
- 200 g onion.
- 30 g cilantro.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Parsley.
Method:
- Soak beans for two hours.
- Cook in water until done, strain.
- Add lightly fried chopped onion, cilantro, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
- Stew on low heat.
