Ingredients for preparing Red Lobio:

Red Lobio is a Georgian dish made from red beans spices and a large quantity of onion.

  • 200 g red beans.
  • 200 g onion.
  • 30 g cilantro.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Parsley.


  • Soak beans for two hours.
  • Cook in water until done, strain.
  • Add lightly fried chopped onion, cilantro, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Stew on low heat.
