Vulets are almost the same as cutlets but flat. This recipe is taken from ancient Jewish cookbook and was written in Old Slavonic language.
Ingredients for preparing Vulets:
These uncomplicated cutlets from a small amount of food to feed a large family.
- 1 kg chopped meat.
- 1 ea small roll grated.
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion.
- 2 ea eggs.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
Method:
- Chicken breasts cut into small pieces. Finely chop the onion, parsley and mix with meat. Add the milk, salt, pepper and half a teaspoon of baking soda, vinegar, slaked. Beat the eggs. Stir.
- Stuffing should stand for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat a pan of butter and place a tablespoon of minced meat.
- Fry on both sides.
