- 500 g beef.
- 400 g apples.
- 1 ea onion.
- 2 tb fat.
- Salt.
- Pepper.

Method:
- Cube beef and fry in fat, put in a pan add water and stew, covered.
- Fry peeled and sliced apples in oil and add to beef.
